C'était des espadrilles noires. La livraison par l'entreprise GLS n'est pas fiable par rapport a d’autres transporteurs. La livraison s’est faite a deux reprises. La première fois le livreur indique que je ne suis pas chez moi, alors que je suis en télétravail.
Au même moment j'ai commandé chez "l’art de l’espadrille. La livraison s’est fait en trois jours.
J’ai conscience que vous n'êtes pas responsable du transport et je ne remets pas en cause la qualité de la paire d’espadrille que j’ai reçu.
